Pink Elephant Design provide a level of service to make sure you are getting what you want, in good time and to a high standard. We attempt to operate to a set routine, but of course this can be changed to suit your needs.

brief & concept

We start with a brief. That is, you tell us what your requirements are. Whether it's a website, a newspaper advert or a business card, this is the stage where we discuss with you what you are looking to achieve. We then devise a number of possible concepts to answer the brief and get a feel of where we might go.

design & development

The second stage is the design and development of the chosen concept. This can be done in a number of different ways in order to suit your preferences.

testing & proofing

The testing and proofing stage is where you tell us what you think of the finished product. If you're not happy, it's back to the drawing board. We will keep doing this until you are completely satisfied with what we are giving you.

Our services costing & pricing

We base our prices on different criteria for different aspects of work. We generally charge an hourly rate for any graphic and web design work. Therefore, the smaller your project, the less you will pay.

We can give you an approximate quote based on your needs and requirements before any work is carried out, but this will differ slightly to the final cost.
